Special Containment Procedures: SCP-53435 is to be kept in basement of Warehouse 3 at Site-1832-02 in a concrete bunker. It is not to be removed from its containment except in an absolute emergency. The inside temperature of its containment chamber is to be maintained between 24.9995°C and 25.0005°C.
SCP-53435 is to be kept in a sedative-induced coma using SCP-294, which is to be kept within the containment of SCP-53435 to serve this purpose. Via a beam and trolley system, a piston-powered robotic finger is to input "perfect sedative" repeatedly. The resulting output is to be used to supply unlimited amounts of the sedative required in a liquid form, which is injected into 53435's blood stream via a contraption of ducts and tubing extending from SCP-294’s output. 126 sensors are to be placed strategically around the point of injection on are not to be disturbed except in the event of an emergency. All sensors must be counted daily and each replaced at least once every 2 months.
Each of the 14 entrances to SCP-53435’s containment chamber, as well as the 6 entrances to SCP-53435’s observation chamber and 8 of the adjacent utility rooms, are to have 2 specially trained guards stationed outside. Guards stationed outside of SCP-53435 are strictly forbidden from speaking to each other in any context, during work or otherwise. Any guard observed or reported talking to another guard will immediately be removed from their position and expelled from the SCP Foundation as a whole.
An alarm system comprised of a light and speaker is present above each of the entrances to the containment chamber of SCP-53435. Upon the light flashing any color other than white, any stationed guards are to immediately listen for audio queues and respond to them accordingly. In the event that guards are prompted to enter either chamber by the alarm, Both guards are to enter the 10-digit into their keypad. This code is unique for each door, is comprised of numbers and uppercase letters, and changes each day. Each guard present is responsible for knowing the code on their own. If one or both of the guards inputs the incorrect code, or if one guard fails to input the code within 15 seconds of the other, the door will not open.
In the event that SCP-53435 enters MiDM outside of regular cross testing, the personnel identified for the killing is to be found and immediately killed or allowed to commit suicide to ensure the ongoing safety of Site-1832. If it is not immediately clear who is responsible, Warehouse 3 and any adjacent buildings will be locked down, standard evacuation procedures for all personnel not within those buildings will be authorized by O5-SL, and all governmental bodies in NATO will be notified of the imminent disaster.
Upon containment breech, teams from Site-1832(as well as any ACCU facilities) will be dispatched. Teams will follow SCP-53435 until it has successfully entered PrDM by any means. Upon this state being achieved, all personnel will fire SCP-294’s "perfect sedative" at SCP-53435 until it has been successfully subdued, and it will be injected with the same sedative until returned to Site-1832.
SCP-53435 in Predeath Mode.
Description: SCP-53435 is a biological humanoid entity standing at roughly 2.54 meters. Its head resembles the skull of a goat and has 2 sunken-in eyes with dark brown pupils and no apparent veins or other such vascular structure. Subject exhibits a distinct lack of muscle mass despite its anomalous abilities, and its skin appears to be withered and decayed, and appears a shade of gray. It’s fingers are disproportionately large compared to a human and possess claws made from an unknown, non-organic substance.
SCP-53435 has been shown to possess incredible strength, stamina, as well as the ability to run faster than anything just short of light with little to no effort. It has extremely powerful regenerative abilities, and can continue living live without most of its major organs intact. It has a digestive system and respiratory system, despite not needing to consume food or breath.
When organs, tissues, and cells of SCP-53435 are removed from the rest of the body, they continue to take part in SCP-53435’s organ system(for example, blood continues to be produced and circulated throughout SCP-53435's body even when the heart is removed). However, the removed organ’s will begin to slowly cease functionality as second organ begins to regenerate within SCP-53435’s body. Upon full regeneration, the removed organ will cease to function entirely.
The only exception to the anomalous properties of SCP-53435's organs is its brain. The removal of it's brain causes SCP-53435 to cease all function and enter a coma-like state. However, similar to it's other organs, SCP-53435's brain regenerates, typically taking 40 to 45 minutes, with everything(including memories and instincts) still intact. SCP-53435's brain and body then become indestructible and it will do everything in its power to destroy the person or being that removed it.
SCP-53435's behavior depends on which mode it is currently in at a given time.
- Defensive/Pre-Death Mode(PrDM): Before sustaining significant damage to its brain, SCP-53435 is in a defensive state. In this state, it is susceptible to damage anywhere on its body, but t is not aggressive unless it has either any sort of preexisting emotional bias or it has been attacked first.
- Docile/Mid-Death Mode(MiDM): SCP-53435 is in a docile state when its brain has recently been removed or destroyed and the being responsible for the removal has yet to be killed. While in the state, it is impervious to further damage and unsusceptible to the drugs used to contain. It typically does not remain in this state for longer than 45 minutes, as its brain is able to fully regenerate after that time.
- Aggressive/Post-Death Mode(PoDM): SCP-53435 is in this state when it's brain has fully regenerated and it has fully reentered consciousness. When in this state, it becomes impervious to all damage and will begin to actively seek out the person or being that previously damaged its brain. If it's killer dies before it regenerates, it simply enters Pre-Death Mode upon regeneration.
